Demo Day

Sub-Four will schedule software demonstrations with C-level decision makers for you. Yes, you may provide Sub-Four with input in regards to company names, job titles and vertical and horizontal markets you would like Sub-Four to target in the weeks leading up to Demo Day.

The C-level decision makers will be instructed to come to the ballroom at a specific timeframe and see a 30-minute software demonstration of your software product(s). After the 30- minute software demonstration wraps up, we will take a 15-minute break and after the break, the C-level decision makers will go to the next tabletop and see another 30-minute software demonstration. Lastly, the C-level decision makers will make an attempt to meet with each sponsor, given there are no major time delays or business emergencies that arise.

Sponsors will meet with 15-20-30 C-level decision makers throughout the course of the day. Think an informal dialogue, coupled with an intimate software demonstration that provides you - the sponsor, a unique opportunity to build rapport (in-person), which is critical to nurturing and building long-lasting business relationships with C-level decision makers. The C-level decision makers will leave the software demonstration feeling like they got to know you and your company as people - which rarely happens in a virtual meeting or virtual conference.

In the evening, your company representatives will have an intimate dinner with 2-3-4 C-level decision makers. Sub-Four will make the dinner reservation on your company’s behalf.

Post Demo Day, Sub-Four will work with you to schedule follow-up software demonstrations/deeper dives of your software product(s) with those C-level decision makers who expressed interest in learning more. The end goal is to secure a future Proof-of-Concept(POC), which in turn, will lead to the sale of your software product(s) assuming certain requirements are satisfied.
